Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and I am sorry to see the box was damaged in transit and you have a problem with your shower. As a company we only send new shower units. If you should experience a problem with the shower unit we ask that you contact us in the first instance so we can advise further. When a shower unit within the warranty we offer for an engineer to call out under the terms of the warranty to inspect the unit in situ. If the engineer after testing the unit determines a product fault then the visit and repair will be done free of charge under the terms of the warranty. In the event the engineer should find a non product fault for instance incorrect installation or incorrect use, a site related issue or a problem with the supply to the shower this would not be covered by the warranty and a £99 call out charge would be applicable.
