Given the items are the same kW rating, they should produce the same flow rates, that applies to all electric showers, as the kW rating will relate to the amount of heat that's going to be provided from the product. However as it's heating instantaneously this will be affected by site conditions like ambient water temperature. In colder months you will find the flow to be less as it has to heat the incoming supply more than warmer months.
