Shower is average, nothing special., Biggest let down is the shocking lack of customer care and not being able to deliver on time paid for next day! Didn't arrive, absolutely not courtesy to respond...

Looking at the order details it would appear you ordered it on the 10th past our cut off time, because of this is left us on the 13th due to the company being closed on the weekend. It should of been with you on the 14th but due to some kind of issue with the courier it was delayed by a day. We apologise for this and will refund you the difference from next day to standard delivery.

This is my second Cara shower. The previous one was in use for 14 years. Why would I not buy another one the same 👍. My plumber took 1 hour to replace the new one.
