This model is incredibly temperamental. The temperature varies between hot & stone cold so it takes intricate patience to make subtle adjustments to maintain a constant flow temperature.

Sorry to read about the issues with the on/off, this can occur if the cover isn't fitted during commissioning as per our fitting instructions, we do show how to set the dial on the installation and fitting instructions found here on page 15 https://www.tritonshowers.co.uk/amfile/file/download/file/280/product/4813/
If the dial is set correct but there still appears to be an issue with the dial or graphics our service team on 02476 372222 can arrange a service visit under warranty if required.
