I can’t fault the service and response from Titon which is outstanding but this is the second time I’ve had to replace the PRV in 6 months which doesn’t make we feel confident… in fact I’ve ordered...

Thank you for your feedback. The pressure relief device activates in a situation where the outlet gets restricted causing pressure to build up inside the shower. The pressure relief device burst disc in that situation would break open to prevent damage to other components inside the product. If this has happened twice it would be worth making sure the accessories are Triton accessories and clear of any restrictions. Kind regards, Leon.

Product is designed to fail if water flow through shower head is restricted and pressure increases. As such it is a safety device which does not reset itself but has to be replaced or the shower unit...
