Thank you for your feedback. Our electric showers heat the water instantaneously, in turning the dial further to hot it will be restricting the water flow in order to allow more time for heating. And in turning it further to cold and allowing more water flow it will heat less causing a cooler temperature. However this is also effected by ambient temperatures coming into the shower, so you will find in winter you will get less flow as you will need to heat the water more to get a hotter temperature and in summer you will get a better flow as the water doesn't need as much heating.
