There are three pools at the hotel and one was under temporary maintenance, the one in the beach area. We understand the other two pools, including the one very close to your room was fully functional.
We also understand free flowing cocktails at a near by bar were offered to compensate for the pool not being operational.
As mentioned by our team, we apologise, however the pool maintenance was not mentioned to us prior to your booking, or even check-in.
We also understand the hotel moved your rooms from the Deluxe Garden suite to the Tropical Terrace and then a further upgrade to the Deluxe Pool Access room. On top of this, TripADeal have offered you a credit towards your next booking.
We apologise if these efforts to ensure an enjoyable holiday were not sufficient.
