In regards to shipping costs, there are a number of different shipping methods to choose from however I can see in your order you selected and were charged Royal Mail 1st Class Standard which is a £2.95 service.

Customer's card kept failing during an order and refused to use another card.Later that day the customer then placed an order online with another card which accepted payment.We didn’t blame the customer we advised him of reason why it may not pass the check.We are glad your order arrived to you safely and you are liking the products!Kind Regards
