Thank you for responding and explaining and pointing out the information. However as this is such a potentially important and stressful issue I believe it should be mentioned to prevent a problem. Thank you again- I have improved the rating as everything else was excellent and a wonderful holiday achieved

Great holiday
The service was superb. Dean was so helpful replying to my emails and returning phone calls promptly. He was very knowledgeable about different hotels and got me a great deal.
