We absolutely understand how meaningful such moments can be, and we apologise that your expectations were not met in these instances. While unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions or schedule changes can occasionally impact the day’s timings, it is clear that the time allocated in Montmartre did not allow you to fully enjoy the area. Your point is well taken – Montmartre is rich with history, art, and charm, and we regret that you were unable to experience it at a more leisurely pace as originally hoped. We also note your concern regarding the extended time at the Champs-Élysées. We understand that while some guests may enjoy shopping, others prefer cultural or historical experiences, and we are sorry that this portion of the day felt unbalanced for you and others in the group. Your feedback in this regard will be shared with our Operations Team as we continuously review our itineraries to ensure we are delivering well-rounded and fulfilling experiences for all. We're glad to hear that you were able to return to Montmartre during your additional days in Paris and make the most of what the area has to offer. Still, we appreciate your sentiment that this time could have been used to explore something new had the original visit been more comprehensive.
