While our itineraries are designed to make the most of the destinations visited, we do acknowledge that travel time can feel excessive on certain days. We also regret that you felt some visits were rushed or lacked sufficient access. We aim to offer a rich variety of experiences, though in some locations our time may be limited to external visits due to scheduling constraints. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will use it to consider how we communicate the tour content more transparently.
Your reflections on the Sahara experience are especially valuable. We’re sorry to hear there was no opportunity to enjoy optional activities during the morning there, and that this portion of the tour felt limited. We know how special such moments can be, and your comments will be passed along for future tour enhancements.
In regard to the free time guidance, we sincerely apologise if the support and information provided by the Travel Director did not meet expectations. Our Travel Directors are expected to provide orientation and useful local recommendations, and we are sorry this was not your experience. We also appreciate your thoughts on flexibility; however, as our tours are carefully structured to ensure consistency, our Travel Directors are not permitted to deviate from the planned itinerary. Nonetheless, your suggestion is a valuable one, and we will be sure to share it with our operations team.
