However, we strive to offer our guests the flexibility to visit restaurants and experience different sightseeing at their own pace, apart from the group, as we know our guests have varying expectations when it comes to travel. Our Contracting Team works hard to select comfortable and well-located hotels, but please note that hotel standards may differ from what you are accustomed to in your home country. As a result, some hotel rooms may vary in size and character. However, each establishment should still meet our standards regarding its condition. We apologise for any disappointment you experienced with our hotel selections and want to assure you that our Operations Department. We apologise that you found the group to be significant. If you require a group with fewer people, our sister company, Insight Vacations, has coaches specially reconfigured with only 40 seats to provide guests with more legroom similar to business class. Classic Insight Vacations tours accommodate a maximum of 40 travellers, while Small Group departures have only 24. Additionally, Insight Vacations offers an Easy Pace tour option, which allows for relaxed starts, more free time, and up to three days in each location to enhance your travel experience. We've passed your itinerary suggestion to our Product Development team for their consideration. Nevertheless, we are happy that you were able to enjoy travelling in the company of our professional Travel Director and Coach Driver, as well as your fellow guests.
