I don't feel this review is a fair representation of the events that occurred. When you first made us aware of the mechanical issue regarding the vehicle we immediately booked the vehicle into our local Citroen specialist and arranged a courtesy car to minimise any disruption or inconvenience to you. The Citroen specialist diagnosed the fault and fitted a new part which they were confident would rectify the issue. You contacted us again over a weekend to inform us that the warning light had reappeared, unfortunately the workshops that we use as with most workshops are closed over a weekend period so we were unable to book the car in immediately to rectify the fault. I did road test the vehicle with you at that time and we agreed that the car was driving completely fine and the light issue was more than likely a sensor that required replacement. We agreed that you would contact us after the weekend at your convenience and we would rebook the vehicle into one of the specialist workshops that we use for rectification and provide you with a suitable courtesy car. Untortunately you never contacted us and we have never had any form of contact from you to organise the above so we rightly assumed that the reason that you had not made contact was because the light may have gone off and the car was fine. We are more than happy to organise the rectification work required but we obviously need you to contact us and give us the opportunity to arrange this for you. I am quite disappointed to read the above review, as a business we understand the importance of customer care and transparency and subsequently pride ourselves on the extremely high level of repeat business and customer recommendations we receive - these are evident by the other reviews posted on this site.
