We try to absorb as many costs as we can to keep premiums low. Unfortunately, we do not absorb credit card charges and therefore have to include them in our fees. I can assure you however, that we do not profit from this. We also aim to provide cost free methods of contacting us. If you own a smart phone, log on to our website to find mobile friendly, local rate lines. Again, we do not profit from the charges associated with these numbers.
