Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your delivery did not arrive as expected. The vast majority of our deliveries are made as scheduled however we are aware of things beyond our control that can delay delivery. We work closely with our third party delivery partners and impress upon them the importance of delivering on the booked day and to let us/the customer know of any delays as soon as they arise. I am very sorry that we were not aware of the delay in your order until you called for an update so were unable to let you know.
