Good quality top soil however….

My order was light. I reported this and felt fobbed off. No investigation. I ordered 1000 kg and 750kg turned up. No paper work left with delivery so couldn’t check what had been sent against...

Thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry to hear of your concerns. All our products are advertised and sold based on volume rather than weight as this provides a more consistent approach to the quantity of product in each bag, ensuring you receive the full 500 litres. We don't disclose the weight of the bags on our website as these can change from day to day i.e if the soil is damp, it will weigh more than soil that has been kept dry. Good quality soil with added rotted matter.

Very happy with the quality of the soil, it was as described. There were about 8 small stones and a couple of half rotted twigs but in general it was far better than expected for a large quantity....
