Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies again. After the weekend you placed your order we were made aware of a system error on our website leading to our payment partners not confirming completion of payment. Your refund was raised as soon as we were made aware of the system error and it has now been completed as per my colleagues email. I do apologies for the delay, refunds can take 5-10 working days and due to the double bank holiday this has caused a delay.
