Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry you are unhappy. Delivery charges are built into the cost of the product and as my colleague explained, we do use a third party delivery company therefore, for any collections of products which need returning back to us because the incorrect product was ordered, we get charged a fee which we have to pass onto the customer. I do hope you understand the reasoning behind this issue and this has not deterred you from using our company in the future.
