The bags are small compared to others.They call it saving by saying twin pack. Its less than 500kg and as per their site it has to be 500 liters of top soil. And 1 kg of soil = 0.67 liters. Really...

Thank you for your feedback. All of our products are sold by volume not weight. I am confident that you will have received the correct quantity of product. This is because we have strict quality management systems in place including stringent production procedures to ensure all bags are filled with the correct volume of product. To ensure the correct amount of product is put into each bag we conduct regular box weight tests using a calibrated 20l measuring cylinder in accordance with BS EN 12580:2013.
