I am sorry that this was your experience. I can see from your email correspondence that we have investigated this at length and we identified the field from which the turf was harvested and carried out an inspection of that area and similar issues were not apparent. Whilst we can't guarantee against insects in our turf as it is a natural product our methods reduce the chances of this. Additionally we have had no similar issues raised with us.
