How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Order was cancelled - out of stock even though website showed in stock. I will have to re-order and pay postage again for my second order. Was not offered socks when they were back in stock.
