Deliver too slow
An post is too slow getting the order from Tirlan , I'm still waiting on mine that was ordered 25 April, today is 3 May

Hi and thank you for your feedback, we are working with An Post to eliminate these delays, after the bank holiday period, An Post experienced larger delays than normal so apologies on the delay with your order, we aim to have this fully rectified in future deliveries

Delivery service isnt great
Item took a week to be delivered. Only when I emailed, did it get sent out the next day and the customer service replied saying “it was out”. No tracking link ever issued

Hi and thank you for your feedback, we are working with our couriers to eliminate these delays, after the bank holiday period, we experienced larger delays than normal so apologies on the delay with your order, the tracking link should arrive from courier via SMS/email as soon as they scan it on their system. Please reach out to us next day in future if you haven't got a tracking link, we hope to resolve these issues and keep our good repeat customers coming back.
