Their website is full of errors and they don't answer emails to customer service BUT their products are worth it.....so in spite of service, I will continue as a customer

Helpful 'phone assistance when ordering the product & prompt, well-wrapped parcel arrived.
Products arrived on time and properly packed. The only issue is that the two items were individually gift wrapped and it was not possible to identify one from the other without opening one up. ...
