The service was very good. The Swiss customs expenses are too hight 30% of the total price!

Some improvements of the internet site will be good.
I received a good respond to my issues from the company ... still the best is not to have the issue to start with.
I was disappointed that the packaging box was 12 times the volume of the actual product and consequently would not fit through the letterbox, thus necessitating a redelivery.
I have no idea if this works for me, I purchased it for a holiday in South Africa, we are staying for two weeks but moving around quite a bit so new beds every couple of days and I have difficulty...
