Very good service, the parcel didn't arrive as quickly as I HAD wanted but the postage was refunded and it arrived day after I e-mailed to let them know it hadn't turned up.
Still have yet to receive the order I placed two weeks ago today. Never received an order confirmation in my inbox or spam folder either. Customer service did confirm the order went through.
