Apologies for the issues with your order and thank you for confirming your full address.
We have now sent out your order again with the full address details on an upgraded next day delivery.
This did not work for me, sprayed on pillow, wrists, sprayed on tissue and put near my nose, even sprayed over bed in the air, so disappointed with this product, £16 wasted

We're very sorry to hear that you don't feel that the deep sleep spray is improving your sleep.
Although we receive fantastic feedback from the majority of our customers and have very strong results from our clinical trials, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that 100% of our customers will react to the ingredients in exactly the same way.
We would personally advise to be persistent with the product as the key with any aromatherapy products is to not give up, as external factors such as stress, tiredness, health, weather etc, can really affect the mind and sleep.

The product smells of lavender only I can not detect the other ingredients that I could smell when I received a sample on a Virgin flight
