We’re so sorry about this - we've had a look, and we can see there was definitely some confusion (and bad maths!) on our end. Instead of providing the points equivalent to your refund amount, we provided the points that you would have gained by spending that amount. You absolutely should have received the correct points based on the retail value, and we’ve already reached out via email to get this sorted.
