Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m so sorry you had issues with the app, however as explained very clearly and concisely before you joined, there was likely to be many teething problems due to it being a beta test of the APP. So this should not have been a surprise.
What I am really sorry about is that you reached out for help and no one got back to you. Once again though Roger on every single zoom, post and video I tell you that if you are struggling you must come to me and unless I’m mistaken I have no such contact from you at all. After 4 waves you know me by now that I’m available 7 days a week morning, noon and night.
Please PM me and we can discuss how to put this right and you can also show me when and how you contacted so I can find out why we didn’t receive or know you had an issue.
