Sorry you found the videos hard to follow and felt you needed something to follow from start to finish (which you still can do). However, our research has proven over the years that the way we do it is simpler and easier for people.
As explained in the Starter Zoom, it is not our job to check in with you as you had a few bad days at work, to see if you have a problem. I made it very clear, on every zoom, every post and every video, if you are struggling, let us know and we will be with you immediately. Just like you have said in your comments.
Hopefully, you'll give the programme another try and this time, if you are struggling, you must let me know.
