I am really sorry that you are having issues with your hourglasses. Because of difference in temperature from warehouse, to lorries to homes, sometimes that can happen.
Once way to fix it is to flip it over, wait for a minute and then gently tap on the top to dislodge the sand stuck to the sides. If that doesn't fix it then please let us know by emailing us on customerservice@theschooloflife.com so we can arrange alternatives for you.
