Absolutely love the prompts. I'm so happy to have them in my arsenal of self discovery. Shipping took forever though
The products are great - as always - but the additional taxes cost me almost as much as the whole package I had ordered. So Brexit made it a real pain in the *** to order something from the UK.

Slow shipping with high shipping cost to Europe. I'm surprised, you have a presence in Amsterdam?
Also the book was lacking an author and references making the content a bit questionable.

Hello there,
Thank you so much for your feedback. Our standard shipping charge to the EU is €10 or free over €70. All books and product orders on our website (regardless which currency you pay in) are currently shipped from the United Kingdom. However, as of 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer be part of the EU Customs Union and the Single Market. Therefore, items being shipped to Europe incur custom charges and fees.
We do have a sore in Amsterdam, their details can be found on our website (there is drop down menu at the top right of the page and the location can be changed to Amsterdam).
Last but not least, our books and content are produced by our content team and as such there is no single author, as all books are written collectively under The School Of Life umbrella.
