Hello Jeff, thank you very much for the feedback. I'm glad you were happy with your Tanzanite. I'm very sorry to hear about the problems you experienced with Fedex. Usually they are very efficient but in this case it seems they dropped the ball. I will be following up with Fedex today to find out what happened and to make a formal complaint. We strive for excellence in all areas of our business and service is very important to us. It's not right that Fedex let us down in this regard. We appreciate you letting us know about the problems you experienced and we will follow up to ensure it doesn't happen again.
