Hi,
We do offer an alternative address if you are not in for delivery when checking out. It would be best to put a neighbours address next time if you are always out of the house etc. Alternatively you could leave a note on your door stating that you would like it left with your neighbour, unfortunately Royal Mail are getting strict about this stuff due to the number of parcels getting "misplaced".
