Haven't even received my product or even a despatch email. Ordered the product a week ago today. The cost of delivery is quite high and I thought it would be way more efficient.

Thanks for your reply, I have now finally received the product which I'm glad about as I love it however the price of delivery and the fact it took six working days after I ordered it to come was quite long, I appreciate it was a bank holiday when ordered just think the delivery price is a lot when it isn't being delivered within the specified time
