Hi, Bit confused about your review, you purchased the mass gains collection, but wanted to lose weight. Please get in touch and we can help you with advice and report your side effects. All of our supplements are made from natural food sources to GMP standards, so you shouldn't have any side effects, unless there's an ingredient your body normally doesn't like. For example drinking a high calorie mass gainer protein shake does take time to get use too, but we've never heard of anybody feeling sick from our tablets.
