Hi, Thank you for your order and your feedback. I've just tracked your order and it's been signed for today apparently, I will also contact you to confirm this. It was sent via 1st class tracked royal mail 24 hour delivery. So I can only apologies on their behalf for the delay. We have had a few delays lately due to the weather. I can appreciate the delay was not necessarily down to protein empire but probably would have ordered elsewhere had I known about the delay.

We didn't know about the delay either I'm afraid and most of our competitors use DPD or Royal Mail too, so I'm afraid you would of had the same delay, but on delivery day you wouldn't of had our amazing supplements ;) Sorry again and we hope you enjoy the supplements.
