I didn't recieve the extra lean version of protein isolate only the isolate version and also it didn't come with the protein scoop bad service

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. The Whey Isolate you received is the Ultra Lean Whey Isolate, the name was updated recently, but unfortunately we still have some tubs with the old labels, so apologies for the confusion. There is definitely a scoop in the tub, but sometimes in transit they can get buried. If not, please get in touch with us and we will get one sent out free of charge of course. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
