I have not received my order yet and it has been over 2 weeks.

Hi, Unfortunately the first delivery was not received due to the address being wrong. After we spoke to you we updated the address and re sent the goods. unfortunately we didn't send it recorded as we expected it to arrive at it's destination this time with the new correct address updated. We have contacted Royal Mail to enquire about the missing parcels and they have said they may still show up. What we will do in the meantime though is resend the goods today via express tracked delivery and give you a full refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please let us know if the goods are not with you tomorrow and we can track them for you.

I take back my previous comment, thank you for solving this as soon as.
Since my last order, Protein Empire have improved their telephone answering message. However in that message you really need to specify during what hours the phone will be answered or alternatively...
I am delighted with my purchase , prices and quality exceeds any others I have purchased from other sources, fast delivery was a bonus, keep up the good work, I will be a regular customer. A+++++
