Hi, This is not the way we operate and we have contacted you to fix this problem. We will also check all the stock and make sure the tablets are are not broken and in poor form, as you described. We wouldn't sell tablets in this form or shape intentionally and we will correct this error. We hope you are happy with the way we have resolved this issue and hope to see you again soon.
