With the Rowan tree, it is important to note that deciduous trees naturally change significantly with the seasons. At this time of year, they are often without full leaf coverage or may appear more sparse as they are in their dormant or early growth stage. This can make them look quite different from the full, leafy imagery shown in peak season photography, even though the tree itself is healthy and correctly supplied. That said, we are very sorry to hear your expectations were not met and that you were disappointed with the customer service response. We do want every customer to feel confident and supported throughout their experience with us.
