This means the Bambino can cook a large 12" pizza with ease in less than 90 seconds. It doesn’t stop at pizza either as it can also hold a large baking tray or roasting tin, allowing you to cook: roasts, potatoes, lasagnes, vegetables and much more... At only 35kg the Igneus Bambino is fully portable and weighs only 17kg if you transport it with the fire bricks removed. The chimney is detachable and can sit inside the oven for easy transportation. The Bambino is made from 304 Stainless Steel, with a powder coated aluminium canopy, it is fully insulated and has a built in thermometer. The Bambino is fuelled by wood logs (we recommend Silver Birch) and gets up to temperature (400-500c) in just 10-15 minutes.
