It acts as a subtitute fro a proper alpine raclette cheese if you can't get hold of one but is not as good as the real thing. We tried them back to back and felt let down by the Ogleshield.

A classic raclette cheese, melted nicely and made a crunchy crust if left under teh heat fro longer, tasted like an evening in the snow.

An interesting cheese, soft in teh middle yet hard outside, got better and softer as it aged. Doesn't have the full runny nature of a ripe brie or the "bite".

These toasts are thin and crispy, just perfect for cheese as they are flavoured which compliments the cheese perfectly. I have bought these before and will buy again.

Excellent selection, All the cheese is tasty and creamy. I would definitely buy this product again.

Looks great a real Christmas treat

Whilst more expensive than a standard box of crackers this is perfect when you do not eat many crackers. There is also a variety of crackers to match with individual cheeses and is now the only way...

Delicious cheese biscuits. Well worth the cost. Always buy these for dinner parties and Christmas. Unfortunately cannot find a local supplier so order direct.

Full of. Flavours bursting onto the plate enhancing not only cheese but cold meats very versatile packed with flavour. Unlike some chutneys it is full bodied and not runny.

It is a sensational cheese, starts with a mellow taste and then burst into flavour. The garlic has been infused by the leaf wrap and is very subtle on the palette but it enhances the flavour.
