Lovely nutty flavour. A hard, colourful cheese.

Mild and creamy like Camembert. However, too mild for my taste -- maybe needs maturing. Do like the excellent service from Fine Cheese.

This goats cheddar is remarkably tasty and cheddarish - although it is not the same taste as cheddar - but it is a really excellent alternative to cows milk cheddar which I have serious 'tummy'...

Another fine soft cheese that leaves a lasting taste on the palate. It is well worth tasting if you haven't already !

One of the best soft cheeses around. A mild taste which lasts on the palate. A fine cheese to savoury.

This blue cheese is up with the best and compares well with Shropshire Blue which is the top of the tree for me. It will never disappoint.
