A lovely tasting cheese with a mild taste. Wrapped in nettle which adds a different taste and texture. Would definitely buy again.

This is a rich cheese melts very very well. I have it on sourdough biscuits as a base with, pepperoni, cucumber, a slice of egg, slice of beetroot topped with a home-made pickle. Absolutely gorgeous.
