OOPS! I've taken a quick look at your order here and can see that we did in fact mark your order not to be split - as per your request. Despite this, for reasons unknown right now - it was split anyway. We're talking to the team member involved to make sure that they do follow any order instructions given. Even worse, when it was split - for some reason your Pillow & Stretchers have been sitting in a limbo status ever since. We're looking into how this system error has happened, and how we can stop it in the future. Very sorry that you've suffered because of these errors. Our Customer Service team will be contacting you shortly to try help with resolving this issue for you. Please be assured, that 99% of the time we do get it all right.
