Hi Margaret, thank you for your email & thank you for your support. Sorry that we have not met expectations this time around. I've taken a look at the order, and it does seem that sadly our carriers have dropped the ball for us on this one. From what I can see - we took your order at 9pm on Sunday night, and we had it packed and sent by 10am on Monday morning. This seems to be where it's gone haywire - somehow - the parcel we have sent has missed every scan in the Toll network until it made it to SYDNEY - where it's been scanned this morning and appears to be on its way to you again. Something has gone wrong in the network here - perhaps our shipping label has been damaged, and was not scannable - but it does look to have resolved itself now and that you should receive your parcel in the next couple of days. Really sorry about this. I hope that you do give us another opportunity in the future where I know we will once again impress! Kind Regards, Tentworld team.

Sorry Margaret I can see what you mean. My intention was to outline that up until we put the parcel in the hands of the 3rd party carrier - that we chose - in this instance Toll - we were going well. We do not dispute that this shipment has gone much slower than we'd hoped for. I had hoped to see some more scanning activity on your new tracking number today, but sadly none yet. I will continue to watch & we'll get it sorted. Enjoy your weekend!
