Additional costs
The order arrived, but I had to pay extra fees and handling before it was handed over/delivered. I know: Brexit. But most online merchants found a way to include customs by now, I ordered other goods...

Very Good Experience
Easy to use website. Good details about jewellery items: materials used, size etc. Delivery was quick. Packaging wasn't fancy but it was enough to protect item from damage.
