The order arrived all together.
The review says they come with bulbs but none where in the boxes so I have had to go and buy the bulbs.

I have looked into the lights that you have purchased and the 2 wall lights should come supplied with 1 bulb each and the 2 ceiling lights do not come supplied with bulbs, this is clearly stated in the online description for each product.
I have checked with my colleagues and it appears we have not received any communication from yourself with regards to an issue with your order.

I should not have to make contact you have sold something incomplete I had to make another journey of 22 miles back to taskers to buy the bulbs which cost me £9.99 for a pack of 3 bulb I feel you are falsely advertising

Thank you for your response, unfortunately as these wall lights come in sealed boxes we would not be aware that the bulbs were not included at the time they were sent out so in this instance we would require the customer to inform us if there was a problem with the order so we could then rectify this.
As previously advised the ceiling lights do not come supplied with bulbs and this is stated on the product description.
Once again I apologise that you were not happy with your order however as advised above if we had been contacted we would have had the opportunity to discuss the order with yourself to reach a resolution.
