Good afternoon Tom. I am very sorry to hear of this experience that you had. Unfortunately our deliveries are carried out by Palletways, a UK Pallet network, who are not employed as our staff, however this is no excuse for rudeness. Our delivery policy is to deliver to the nearest kerbside location, as described here: http://www.targettiles.co.uk/delivery-and-returns I will pass on this feedback to our couriers, who will hopefully action this complaint.
