Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback, I am sorry you feel that your collection was delayed. We have to rely on third party hauliers collecting goods, obviously on this occasion they have not been quick enough and we will investigate into why this has happened. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every tile has a flawless finish, however we are always happy to replace damaged goods.
